9GC: The Big Event Success

The Big Event is one of the largest, one-day, student-run service projects in the nation where the students of colleges and universities will come together to say ‘thank you’ to the residents of their community. The Big Event was first started by Texas A&M and has expanded to over a hundred schools across the country.

Interact Club hosted a one day community service project day for all students as way to give thanks back to the community for their support. Mr. DeCelle explained that 44 students served on 11 different project committees. It was a huge success! Thank you to all who selflessly gave their time.
