CI Students Qualify for Regional History Bee

Several Central Intermediate students qualified for the regional History Bee being held in Wichita, Kansas on March 18th.  Students were recognized during Spartan Start-Up for this accomplishment by History Club sponsor, Mr. Brobst.  The students were narrowed down first with a paper/pencil test given in their class and then the top 100 were given an online assessment.  From the 100, twenty-eight students scored high enough to make it to regionals.  The qualifying students are 6th graders Carter Kunkel, Isaiah Penny, Addison Eden, Carter Brenneman, Cole Tomlinson, Madyson McClure, Benjamin Ammons, Keegan Tomlinson, Bailey Musick, Claire Stallings, Lucas Tenison, Gavin Oberste, Ian Adair, Cody Kaiser, Elias Scoggins, Zach Collins, Mason Mittasch, and Hannah Wutzke; 5th graders Cate Beasley, Olivia Campbell, Ethan Sharp, Berklee Pierson, Braden Sundberg, and Emily Ford; 4th graders Jeremiah Woolery, Colin Brown, Judah Byrd, and Evelyn Peters.
